The use of language is woven into such a dynamic doctrine in Thus Spoke Zarathustra that it speaks mountains of Nietzsche’s genius. The aspect of two voices speaking as one shows a grasp for the written word that few have accomplished. With metaphors abound and a deep understanding of literary masterpieces, Nietzsche portrays the world that we live in with such grace. The literal translation of the book takes a highly spiritual stance, but in between the lines there is such depth of knowledge and understanding. While Nietzsche writes many chapters to express his understanding through Zarathustra, the theme’s and messages are all very similar. Every chapter is like a piece of a grand puzzle that makes an intricate understanding of the world. Explaining the reality of what we think is reality would be too simple an explanation to fully grasp many of the concepts in Thus Spoke Zarathustra. That using words to describe such an amazing world would thus cheapen it to human st andards. Of course, I cannot be one to speak such harsh words, as I am intent on cheapening the glorious concepts with my own meager words. 2 As I would like to discuss the book as a whole, I would like to use a chapter that is a good summary of Zarathustra’s adventure of mind. The Three Metamorphoses has many elements of Nietzsche’s overall message, and is suitable to somewhat accomplish the task of interpreting the book by using the literal translation and underlying meanings portrayed therein. California† case, nine students file a lawsuit in California state courts about the teachers has an insufficient teaching method in schools. Student claim that they can’t get a quality education because this system has created an issue. However, teachers are not the only reason that affects students. There are many aspects that may influence students in a negative way, such as the student environment, family, and school resources. If people look at those aspects, they will notice that with poorly performing teachers, people start to take aggressive actions towards the tenure system, which is unfair to the union or CTA. Society should consider the pros and cons to make the decision about whether the tenure system should be eliminated or not. The pros of the tenure system are, it prevents teachers from being fired due to unfair r easons. Once I finally picked my bad habit I realized how badly I needed to work on it. Huck had a bad habit he needed to work on too. Maybe we didnt know about it or thought we could get rid of it easily. But were either of us going to work it out? In the book Adventures of Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain, which we were reading in class, the main character Huck had many bad habits as well. But his one main bad habit was lying to himself and by doing this he broke the law, his moral code and the law of God. It all started after he fakes his own death and runs to an island where he finds a run away slave, Jim that worked for Miss Watson, his guardians sister. Next they leave to find Cairo but as they float down the river they run into many hardships. While this is happening Huck is doing most of his lying to himself. This is very similar to my bad habit because during my month of trying to quit fighting with my mom I went through some very hard times holding back what I wanted to say. This was a very big hardship of mine. So I realized Huck and I had a lot in common. Hucks bad habit was first shown to us in chapter VIII when Huck tells Jim, Well I did. I said I wouldnt, and Ill stick to it. Honest injun I will. He is telling Jim he wont tell anyone that he ran away which means Huck is breaking the law of the land. We knows this because Huck also says People would call me a low sown Ablitionist and despise me for keeping mumà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢â‚¬ but that dont make no difference. Huck again lies for Jim in chapter XVI when he is about to tell the men on the raft that Jim is with him but his conscience comes into play. When this happens he lies to these men and this is just adding more to his bad habit. Also in this chapter Huck breaks his own moral code. When him and Jim miss Cairo he says There warnt anything to say. We both knowed well enough it was more work of the rattle-snake skin; so what was the use to talk about it? This is breaking his own moral code because he didnt believe that a rattlesnake could bring bad luck. Then he broke the law of God in chapter XXXI when he said, You cant pray a lieà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢â‚¬ I found that out. This is when Huck realized that he doesnt think what he was doing was wrong. Last in chapter XL Huck realizes that the colors of the skin really dont matter. So at the end Huck breaks through his bad habit. Well my bad habit basically started when my mom started telling me no. And  I just wasnt going to take it. So I started talking back and I wouldnt stop until I got my way or hurt my mom. Which is really something I dont want to do. Thats why I was hoping by trying to break this bad habit I wouldnt have to do it anymore. Part of discerning is reading between the lines, and it is this thinking that has me convinced that life is composed of more than what is tangible. Over the years, I have come across a variety of short stories, novels, and memoirs. Reading develops a sort of empathy for the situations and difficulties presented. I am concerned for the struggling protagonist, which has translated into a genuine concern for other people. I have also gained knowledge from reading science articles and textbooks. In the future, I wish to be a physician. I want to work in a field that helps others and applies the knowledge that has intrigued me many times in my youth.
